**Cancellation Policy:**

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Should you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice, you'll have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment . Please understand that cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be subject to a full cancellation fee / no refund.

**Late Arrivals:**

We understand that life can be pretty unpredictable, but please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure that we can maintain our commitment to punctuality for all clients.
